Horrible service , but food was good like always! Young man preparing to go items must have had a bad day!
I went to potbelly’s at 8:30 tonight and they close at 9 and I got the best service from them. The team working on Sunday night on 11/10/24 was absolutely great. Super friendly and made my sandwiches great. Thank you for making my night potbelly crew!!!!
