I just visited the Rim store at 17711 IH 10 West Unit 107 San Antonio, TX 78257 United States location. We left immediately without ordering anything because the employee who was taking our order started off the conversation by insulting my husband. He was a bald man who appeared very angry. He asked if my husband spoke english and after I said yes he proceeded by asking me to translate "Your hat is ugly, I'm a Giants fan." The food is good and most employees are nice, but there is one guy that's always there, who seems to just hate his job and is not good with customer service at all. I will drive the extra few miles to the other Potbelly from now on.
Place is filthy inside and out. The bathroom is really nasty. The service is poor. No energy and interaction whatsoever. Food had no taste.
This was our first time trying Potbelly. I was impressed. A better value than Schlotzkys and Firehouse in my opinion. The food was delicious and the app was easy to navigate. The restaurant seemed clean and organized and I liked the dim lighting. We will definitely be back.
We needed a quick bite so we tried out this toasted sandwich shop for the first time. The restaurant was very clean and well layed out with a giant menu board that makes figuring out what to order easy. I selected The Italian and my wife the Avo Turkey.
