Casey is the best and we had a wonderful delivery experience!! We catered in Pot Belly for a work lunch. Placed the order online with ease for a future delivery date. Today was our work lunch and I received a friendly and timely call from Casey that she had arrived to our office with lunch. I came down to greet her and walk with her to our meeting room. I had a phenomenal experience at the Potbelly in St. Louis. I ran into a bit of an issue, and the manager, Jay, went above and beyond to work with me and make it right. He was patient, understanding, and genuinely wanted to help instead of just rushing through the situation. Everyone at the store was kind and accommodating, but Jay especially stood out for taking the time to listen and follow through.
