I really enjoy this place, but I REALLY need them to stop screwing up my sandwiches. 2x in 1 week - am I the fool to keep going here? Granted, making it right happens fast with their manager, Jeff, who always seems engaged - which I can appreciate. But this is a sandwich shop FIRST. Can we at least get the builds right?
