I really enjoy this place, but I REALLY need them to stop screwing up my sandwiches. 2x in 1 week - am I the fool to keep going here? Granted, making it right happens fast with their manager, Jeff, who always seems engaged - which I can appreciate. But this is a sandwich shop FIRST. Can we at least get the builds right? So frustrating coming in during a busy period, not really being able to check your order while in line because it’s so hectic. Only to get to my desk 10-15 mins away and see my order is wrong. Cap. This place skibbidy slaps. The sandwich was totes toasted & the meats met my expectations. Best of all was that Bonita baked potato soup! It puts panera to shame, seriously, its nice to have a potato soup option that isn't hospital grade gruel. This civil servant has had his appetite certifiably sated.
