They did not take my order at the drive thru when I was ready... gave them some time, and still no answer...
I ordered a turkey and Swiss wrap. With lettuce, onion, roasted garlic aioli and red wine vinegar. There was no cheese. One slice turkey, folded. Mayo used instead, and tons of it. No red wine vinegar. It was completely soggy. Not worth half what I paid for it (which was over $11). This was my first Potbelly experience. I’m done.
me and my boyfriend came to get sandwiches. i got an avocado sandwich…. first of all the avocados were rotting. my sandwich was dry, little to no cheese was on my sandwich. my boyfriend got a bbq sandwich and they just threw the sauce ON the sandwich instead of IN the sandwich…. idk if the employee felt lazy that day or if she was the only one working but please train your employees how to properly make a sandwich 😂😂
So I give them a 3 star not because they where bad everyone was great but lunch for 2 should not cost $35 for two sandwiches two medium drinks and 2 bags of chips. And a cookie. While I know the wonderfully people that served us made likely minimum wage at best.
