I’m a regular customer and come in for my lunch often and the employees Gaby and Carina always treats me with good customer service they always make me laugh and make my sandwiches like it’s their own!!! Best sandwiches in Peoria hands down!!! They would make really great managers! Employees like that don’t exist anymore!!!

Jenny the manager is too hype to be working there i come for a big order asked her about the items she wouldn't want to take time to verify the items with me then I asked her for plates and utensils she said its in the bag but she lied it was not in the bag when I try to talk to her she cant take time to listen and just cuts you off talking loud and missed up my order. I think someone else would be doing a better job than her.
Yesterday I ordered an Italian sub and I added caramelized onions, regular onions, mayo, pickles, and garlic aioli. When my sandwich arrived, I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager. There were NO caramelized onions on the sandwich. After we ended the call, I realized my entire sandwich was wrong. The sandwich is supposed to come with provolone cheese. There was NO cheese.
