I love the sandwiches but this location has gone down hill. Don’t ask for mayo or just do “light”. Also the milkshakes don’t feel worth the price
I ordered through the app to pick up my lunch order. When I got there, it was ridiculously busy but the staff still addressed me and asked what the name was for my order. The wait was a few but that’s okay. There was something going on with the fountain drink machine too. You can tell the staff was under a lot of stress and pressure but they kept their composure making sure everyone was taken care of properly. Adrian & Antoine were awesome. Especially Adrian who took my verbal order & then took my money at the end. This guy is kind, courteous, patient, friendly, & happy to be there working at Potbelly. Please pass this along to Adrian for us. My girlfriend & I went there & had the most pleasant experience. My mother-in-law absolutely enjoyed her sandwich due to Adrian not toasting the bread as much as normally. She can't chew that well, so this was a blessing. Had to return one of the sandwiches. Nobody wants to eat a clump of Turkey.
Sad, I know they can make a good sandwich but last few times they chose not to. Less meat very little to no condiments and veggies. They are purposely putting tiny amounts or"forgetting" all together
