The team working this Potbelly is the best staff I have ever experienced. They were absolutely FANTASTIC, during a busy Saturday lunch hour, Easter Weekend, during the Collegiate Mems and Womens Club Volleyball Championships. They were efficient, got complicated orders correct, and handled the orders of whole teams of players effortlessly. What a mess this place is during lunch time. They really need to get a better system for mobile orders. Place an order 30 minutes in advance and still wait almost 30 minutes past my pick up time for a single sandwich. 2 people making food for the whole place and mobile orders. They are piled up on the back counter, you can’t even get the cashier to talk to you. This was at 11:45 before the night of the lunch rush.
