I ordered a salad and the lettuce was not fresh. The top layer was good but underneath there were big chunks of romaine stems that were all turning brown/red. The quality of the other toppings was average.
Sam makes the best sandwich. I love this Potbelly and have been coming here consistently for 2 years and have never had a bad experience, but Sam is the best.
No complaints whatsoever. Easy to deal with and very accommodating. Would come back anytime.
