I’m visiting from out of town and Potbelly is not a chain local to me. I had an excellent first experience at this location. Dae and his coworker were great. They were extremely inviting when I walked in and also offered suggestions about the menu and the surrounding area. I didn’t know Potbelly was a chain until I looked into it after. Based on the personable experience, I totally would have passed this off as a local, genuine mom and pop sandwich shop. Oh and of course the sandwich was good, too.
My first time going there and the staff was respectful and kind. The amtosphere was nice too! I like the baked potato soup, bro lowkey burnt my tuna sandwich but overall tastes like a tuna sandwich. But i recommend the baked potato soup!
Fun atmosphere. Friendly and helpful service! Delicious food. Recommendation Italian On Multi Grain and Strawberry shake!
Basic, light on toppings, bland no taste. Potato chips overly greasy.
