Hard working employees and tasty food! Would have been 5 stars if they could get a handle on the app orders…they need a better process to fill the to-go orders in a more efficient and timely manner.
Love Pot Belly’s toasted Cubano sandwich with extra peppers on the side. They also have breakfast sandwiches. Convenient location on High Street across from the Ohio Statehouse.
I started a job working at the Statehouse recently and discovered PotBelly as a great lunch option. I've been here like 6 times now over the past two weeks and have thoroughly enjoyed my meal every time. The food is amazing, the service staff always friendly and you can even see the teamwork happening while you wait for your order. Keep up the great work!
