The employees definitely need better training here. On more than one occasion, I've seen the employees loudly engaging in horseplay, chasing each other around the place, and having loud personal conversations. Today a black male employee with dreadlocks and wearing glasses got my order wrong TWICE. I politely asked him to remake the sandwich, and somehow he still got it wrong the second time. I love Potbelly, but this location is not great. I had an issue a few months ago ordering delivery from this location through the Potbelly app. My order was cancelled by them after over an hour of waiting, and I never received a refund. I called the restaurant multiple times and also submitted a support ticket via their website, but despite telling me that a refund had been issued, I never saw the money go back to my credit card.
