Potbelly’s is always great but this location stands out, they’re always very nice and the food comes out perfectly. Shakes are great too, I ask them to make it extra thick and it comes out so delicious.

Unfriendly unwelcoming staff. Milkshakes have near zero taste.
This store is under bad management. The manager here needs to be fired or suspended. I understand if my Discover Card doesn't work on a manual entry, but it's not a perfect system. I am cashless while I am in the DMV, neither can I withdraw cash of any kind here since my bank is local out of state. The manager lied to me directly and told me she had no idea who I was on multiple occasions but would directly threaten the police on me over a sandwich after she acknowledged me on the spot.
