Amazing experience! My boyfriend and I are long time Potbelly customers and frequently visit shops in various locations. This was our first time at this location and we had an amazing and welcoming experience. It’s not unexpected to receive great customer service at a Potbelly, but Troy left us feeling absolutely delighted! He was personable, helpful, and efficient. Thank you Troy for a great experience!
$24 for a prime rib sub and a shake. The sub which was mid at best and the banana milkshake was basic at best! Potbelly is definitely overrated!
Haven't been to this location before, but I always get the powerhouse salad at other PotBelly's. Had to review this time because, where's the lettuce? I've never had such a sad powerhouse salad before. Usually the container is packed tight with greens. Just disappointing for the price.
Very friendly staff and the new prime rib sandwich was very good. Nice whole wheat bread.
