God forbid you get the guy with a grey beard and glasses helping you out. Not only was he rude to customers, but very clearly rude to his coworkers and team members.
Restaurant is dirty, they resticker their products to make dates work so they can keep their product longer. Went by the shop this weekend and seen the closing manager on Friday didn’t clean the craft beverage machine, left off all weekend. That’s full of sugar and I seen fruit flies all around it. Seen the same thing literally a week ago when i walked by after seeing Spider-Man. Don’t recommend eating here if you care about health standards. Do better managers
Sandwich maker was a bit short with me on the order, almost like making him work was too much for him. It was completely empty before my arrival and 2 kids so I think I broke his short break of silence.
We stopped in here to grab a quick lunch and found the service, food, and atmosphere all very nice. If you're looking for a quick bite, fast service, and good service then this place delivers.
The larger man with glasses and gray hair is jarringly rude. He spoke to me in the most condescending way and made me extremely uncomfortable because I didn’t know the sandwich sizes and thought “regular” was an option. I left without ordering because the interaction was so odd. I haven’t been to a Potbelly in years, but I definitely won’t be returning to this one.
