Sandwiches are amazing and the milkshakes are fantastic.
Came here for a sandwich in late May recently. Sandwich with crispy bun is nice. Asked for hot peppers only and it was a bit too much, but not the preparer's fault.
Online order was efficient. Food was just ok, I hadn't been to Potbelly in a while but was a little disappointed. But it was a fast meal on a workday!
Cancelled my pickup order. People who ordered didn't get their items. No restroom. All the staff here looked overworked and annoyed.
