TLDR : Avoid this store at all costs! My order was not made right. Store manager is rude, confrontational and dismissive, like some of the other reviews also mention. Interrupts and talks over you. Will not be returning to this location. Had an awful experience with the store manager on 11/3/2025 around 5:20pm. I ordered two sandwiches online and got them with zero toppings, despite the order clearly saying "All toppings – the works." Very tasty sandwiches, easy to order and fast service. Was also very impressed with the quality of the ham that they use as I am now hooked!
Very poor customer service
Fourth time this year that my delivery order was wrong. Twice for missing items. This latest time, they wouldn't send someone to deliver the item and refused to issue a refund. The person I spoke with claimed to be the manager. Total incompetence.
