Potbelly's has always been one of my favorite sandwich shops, but for the life of me I can't understand why they only want to hire high school kids. I've tried applying there several times and never even so much as a email saying they have already filled the position.
The service here sucks. The employees are so rude
Slow and not very friendly.
Ordered online and arrived to pickup, the staff looks so lost and started my order after I arrived! What's the point to order ahead if the staff can't handle how to make the orders... It's unbelievable slowly and unfriendly... Never again!
