This was my first time experiencing Potbelly and I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Not only was the service top tier, the food was delicious. I had a turkey original with a side of mac and cheese that was also delicious, my son loved it.
New restaurant serving sub style sandwiches. Nice place, friendly staff members. Interesting menu items. We tried two sandwiches and liked them very much. We will come here again when we are in the area. Like other sub sandwich places you walk along a counter working with a staff member making selections for you sandwich and meal.
My wife just left from store she said the young lady there was so rude had and attitude. My wife ask her what comes in the sandwich and the lady got mad and pointed to the board. Also the lady that was in front of me said the same thing. She said this was her first time there and she will never go back. My wife also said the same thing. Bad customer service.
