Your store didn't begin preparing my order until I finally asked them what the delay was after waiting for 16 minutes in a completely dead store with only a few customers who had already been served. I spoke in a completely calm tone when asking about the status of my order. The excuse offered by the worker I approached is that they were working on 5 other orders, including a catering order. Food: It was just a simple, quick meal but my bbq pork sandwich was good! Bread and meat not too dry or soft, just right. Service: 5 stars for the 2 staffs who prepared the sandwich, helped us to order and pay. They were helpful and smiling.
I’m not sure what the manager‘s name was, but this gentleman was hustling like I’ve never seen anyone hustle before. I was early for my pick up order, but he made sure he got it out to me as quick as possible, and he was helping everyone so fast they definitely care at this potbellies and are super kind. Highly recommend.
Normally, I go to a different Potbelly, but I accidentally ordered from this one. What a cluster. I won’t make that mistake again.
Whoever made my sandwich on February 18th around 4:30 PM through online order you suck! You completely forgot three key ingredients on my sandwich like one ingredient I can see that but three come on and you guys weren’t even busy!
