I have ordered from this potbelly with zero issues before today, I have asked for extra mayo before and it was always a decent amount, but today my meal was basically mayo with a side of sandwich, I wish I could put the picture here but unfortunately it will not let me, how gross! I love mayo, but that much just seemed like they played with my food, it was way too much! Clean facility, great healthy choices and great service every time!!
Instead of fresh lettuce onion and cucumber I got this mushy/sour vegetable everywhere. There was barely any meat even though I got prime rib. One side had hot ranch sauce and the other half didn't. I even tipped $2 for this pickup order.
Fast service and a generously sized sandwich.
Food is delicious and staff is always very kind.
