The most uninviting place i've ever walked into in my life. Every Body unhappy looking even the customers. Walk straight up to the counter.Because I put in my order online and wasn't even greeted by the girl at the cash register. She straight up just looked at me. Same when I got in line to get a mac and cheese and drink. DO BETTER YOU ARE IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY I FEEL SORRY FOR YOU
The Sandwich was good but every time I come to this location the fountain drink tastes flat and the ice machine has been broken for more than a year
I cannot thank the manager enough for her service after the sale. I lost a receipt I needed for an expense report. She was able to find and send me a copy in a few minutes. Thank you Miranda. The food and service was great as well.
Do not go here if you are ordering in-store. They only prioritize catering and to-go orders. No "welcome, we'll be right with you, thank you" or even a smile...And they even somehow "lost" my sandwhich in the 3 ft conveyor toaster and had to remake it. Also two employees were standing around literally doing nothing. Could have easily stepped into the register or helped take orders.
I swear like 10 years ago I thought Potbelly was pretty mid. I recently got the Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese sub and it was great. A buddy got the new sliced steak sub and it was not great, pretty tasteless meat. So it can be hit and miss. Their shakes are great in my opinion. I tried their chocolate brownie cookie and it was really greasy and not as good as cookies I've had at other sub shops. Once you find what you like though, it's a decent place to go. The peppers you can add to subs are very tasty,
