Stopped by Potbelly recently and had a great experience. The sandwiches were fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how we ordered them. The bread was warm, the ingredients tasted fresh, and everything came out quickly. The staff was friendly and kept the restaurant clean and well organized, which always makes a difference. It's hard to beat Potbelly when you're looking for a quick meal that doesn't sacrifice quality. We'll definitely be back for another sandwich soon!

One of the ladies in line gave me attitude when I was telling her what I want on my husbands sandwich. Then I get home, try to eat my salad and it tasted off. I kept eating it thinking it was in my head until i started crewing a cluster of cheddar cheese and egg and it was really bad. I threw it out of my mouth and it had mold in it. This was horrible, started to vomit. I don’t know how old these salads are but it should be fresh. Hopefully I don’t have food poisoning.
It’s used to be good here. Now it’s truly terrible every time.
