Got lunch catered by this place. The mayonnaise packets they included were expired and disgusting…didn’t figure that out until I put it on my sandwich and it was ruined so I had to skip lunch. Thanks Potbelly, you’re supposed to provide us lunch not make us skip it. If I’m going to skip lunch, please don’t charge me for it!!!

Lately this place has been extremely slow. Don’t order online or app. You get faster service just walking in. Several times I’ve seen a crowd of people waiting for orders being fulfilled and people walking go through the line and everyone is still waiting. One day it took 35 minutes (I timed it) and I’ve been late for work twice now. Not worth the sandwiches.
I post a few reviews on here from time to time, and it's usually when I am pleasantly surprised by a location and its surrounding hype. This time is different, I had no idea about this place going in, I've never seen commercials, let alone the store front until brought here unknowingly. This is not my first time in a deli, nor my first sandwich, it is however the first time I've ever felt compelled to glaze a chain before. The staff really went above and beyond to make it right after my order was made incorrectly. Sandwiches are delicious as well!
