This store is hit and miss as far as quality. Our latest pickup order was a skinny sandwich and a chicken salad salad. The sandwich was fine. The chicken salad salad had diced chicken; no chicken salad. The lettuce was brown and wilted and the tomatoes were soft and mushy. It was inedible. This was not the first time we have had quality issues with a salad from this store .

I've always loved Potbelly, great sandwiches, cookies and shakes. I also used to work at one when I was younger, also a great experience. The evening crew here is terrible, bad customer service, very rude employees. I get that you're young and don't care about anything or anyone. How about you don't work in customer service. Work at a warehouse where you can listen to your podcast and not interact with people. This Potbelly has a trash crew at night.
