Our first time going to Potbelly. The service was a bit strange. Going through the line there was a gentleman standing before the sandwich station who I asked if we ordered here. He said yes and very kindly took our 4 sandwich orders. We continue to walk through I assumed to pay when we got down to the registers another worker asked what we ordered and we basically ordered our food all over again and then we were asked to backtrack to the sandwich station to let that person know what we wanted on it. Lastnight I went into the store to grab me a bite I ordered the southwest avo chicken and it was horrible. The food was cold it was rushed and I went in at a decent time way before closing time. I always come around the same time and I always get a sweet tea.
