I absolutely love Potbelly! I have been working next door for the past 3 years, and I eat here at least once a week. The staff are extremely kind and very welcoming and the food is always fresh and delicious.

I used to like coming here, but these people up here is nasty as hell touching their face talking over the sandwiches putting on gloves without washing their hands. It’s just really ridiculous at this point. I called on a situation a week ago and then I come back here and then everybody is still nasty so it’s just no point of coming here anymore

Potbelly’s used to be my fave lunch spot. I canceled an order and was told I would get a refund by 2 different people in 3-5 business days. That was Nov. 14. I still haven’t gotten my money back. Sent an email to corporate and no help. They said someone would get back to me and to reach out to the local store after I told them I had already done so. No one has emailed since or called. I had been a faithful potbelly customer for years. Unfortunately, i had a bad experience and probably won't be back. On BOGO day, I waited about 40 mins for my food before I had to leave cause I was on my lunch break. No big deal, whatever. The problem lies in me trying to get a refund (or an apology) for the mistake and I haven't received either.
