I had been a faithful potbelly customer for years. Unfortunately, i had a bad experience and probably won't be back. On BOGO day, I waited about 40 mins for my food before I had to leave cause I was on my lunch break. No big deal, whatever. The problem lies in me trying to get a refund (or an apology) for the mistake and I haven't received either. Great food ...
Today was my birthday and I pick potbellys every year for my birthday. But today, Daniel and crew really went above and beyond. Their smiles, kindness and the food tasted and made 100% right. Thank you for making my birthday lunch so special. ☺️
Definitely came at the beginning of the lunch rush so a bit of a wait and rushed but accounting for that great food great service
