I placed a delivery order but then received two different order and cancellation texts. I never got my food. I checked and I still got charged and lost my 'free' gift for opening my account. I have tried calling the store to get this sorted out but last two days nobody has picked up. Update: I was contacted promptly by Potbelly and my issues are being worked at. Thank you for quick response.
I know PotBelly is not known for selling salads. Bought two salads from them recently. Both had old tired greens. The other toppings were good. The picture makes them look better than they were. Zoom in to see it better. Makes me wonder how fresh their other ingredients are?? If you don't have fresh greens, send someone out to the grocery.
Beyond excellent customer service! I'm so impressed with William who went out of his way to help me with my large order. He emailed me to help me with making a wiser decision with ordering because I had ordered individually instead of catering. Most wouldn't care, but he truly did. I am so appreciative for people like William who take the time to care about others.
