Place was clean and the people was very nice and food was good soup was great
Terrible experience. Ordered online 30 mins before coming to the store. When I arrived asked about my order, the said it was not ready and it would be a while. 10 min later I asked again and the employee said it would be 2 hours. I asked if he was serious and he said yes, the manager then started screaming at me because they were busy. I’ve visited this location for over a decade and can’t believe what happened today. The food was good. However, the ordering experience was very frustrating due to communication issues. We are not native English speakers. The two employees at the counter showed no effort or patience to understand our request, which led to our order being made incorrectly. It was difficult to correct the error. While we enjoyed the meal, the poor interaction with staff overshadowed the experience. We hope for more understanding customer service in the future.
