The food was good. However, the ordering experience was very frustrating due to communication issues. We are not native English speakers. The two employees at the counter showed no effort or patience to understand our request, which led to our order being made incorrectly. It was difficult to correct the error. While we enjoyed the meal, the poor interaction with staff overshadowed the experience. We hope for more understanding customer service in the future.
Dakota, since the moment I laid eyes on you I knew we had something special. I was in a dark time when I first visited this establishment. I felt hopeless… all until I met Dakota. He greeted me with a hunktastical smile and it warmed my heart. Within moments of greeting him I burst into tears of joy. Most would feel embarrassed spontaneously bursting into tears in public but it was really hard to feel shame when I felt the warm embrace of Dakota seconds later.
