Ordered ahead on app and went in when it said it was done, took an additional 30 minutes. Will go to other potbelly’s just not this one.
Both the servers were extremely rude. Disinterested is answering questions, talking down us while we ordered. The owner should take a good look at who they’ve hired and take action. We will not return to this location.

My and my friend had the worst server. He was immediately disrespectful to both me and her, and when he was called out on his behavior, he did not acknowledge us. I wish I had gotten his name so I could call him by name, but all I can do is bring awareness to other people thinking about coming to this location. If you want to be disrespected and talked down to, by all means come here.
Updated Review, 3 Years Later: I had forgotten just how bad Potbelly tastes. So this one's on me. It's actively vile now. There's just nothing here that can be redeemed. The bread is dry and gritty, the meat is funky in a bad way, the cheese tastes industrial, and the toppings might as well have been placed atop the sandwich with tweezers for the little they gave me.
