Totally screwed up my order. I ordered a wreck with a bunch of veggies on it and got just a plain sandwich. Such a dissappingment. Why is a $10 sandwich plain at default. Such a screw up place.
Jabbar met us with a smile and a hello at the door. In todays world, customer service is a thing of the past. This place was a first for my family and we loved it. Thank you!! The soup,chili and mac n cheese is are nice and hot!!!
I changed my review from 2-star to a 5-star. There was an issue with my order, and it happened a couple of times. At first, I didn't think much about it - stuff happens. People are making sandwiches and sometimes orders are a bit off. But when it repeated, I ended up writing a poor review. The store manager immediately followed up and called me about the issue.
