Completely drenched my sandwich in hummus. Fell apart in my hands when I took one bite, made a huge mess and was impossible to eat after I paid $14 Service was great, food was terrible. Would not recommend
Ordered my food online and thought I had ordered delivery but, instead ordered pickup. I called the store and Patrick was very helpful and made sure our food was fresh for when I came in. We always get our sandwiches from Potbelly but they went above and beyond this time. Big thanks from my family.
It’s pretty cool if you wanna pay $13-14 for a sandwich that’s virtually all bread and lettuce 🤌🤌🤌
Absolutely terrible customer service. The manager has no idea the proper steps to verify an Uber order so it doesn’t get stolen & got defensive & rude over an opportunity to learn. Will never go back again.
Great food. No parking in this place. Crazy busy.
