I asked for a “regular” sandwich but the lady in front of me asked for a “skinny”. The guy working no lie says “guess you don’t want the soup or salad then since you’re going to eat that whole sandwich”. Kinda rude honestly because this is my favorite sandwich shop the foods great the service everytime is terrible. Everytime. I accidentally forgot to order my cookie when ordering through GrubHub, Potbelly's couldn't change the order but when I opened my food, they threw the cookie in anyway, very nice of them

Very good. Especially the egg nog milkshake
Great tasting “wreck”. Ordered two wrecks and added double meat on whole grain. Didn’t realize that I was ordering two half sandwiches. Next time I’ll just order the BIG and add double meat which is cheaper.
