My boyfriend ordered a Cubano sandwich and found five pieces of what appeared to be plastic packaging or plastic bag material in it while eating. He called the restaurant, and they told him to come back for a replacement. He went back, and the replacement sandwich also had three more pieces of plastic in it. What is going on? He believes he may have swallowed one small piece with his first bite because he thought it was part of the food until he realized it was plastic.
