My boyfriend ordered a Cubano sandwich and found five pieces of what appeared to be plastic packaging or plastic bag material in it while eating. He called the restaurant, and they told him to come back for a replacement. He went back, and the replacement sandwich also had three more pieces of plastic in it. What is going on? Service was bad . There was no line . Stood there for like 5 minutes not even a single acknowledgment or hey I'll be right with you .They had what look like 2 online orders. Waited like 3 more and decided to just leave . Besides the gentleman that told me where to order the others gave me Just that Gen Z stare .
