This is a good store. The staff are nice and friendly. I've ordered a couple of times and it has been ready promptly and the sandwich tasted good each time. No complaints! The only thing I don't get a 100% is the pick up shelf but no pick up order goes on there. I've picked up my online order with the cashier each time.
Terrible and very slow service.
This was the first time I have gone to this Potbelly. Not a fan! The sandwich was lousy. It was not good like the one you get on Carlyle Street. It was a long wait with just 4 people in line! Won't venture there again!
20 minutes for a $9 peanut butter and jelly sandwich is wild. The employee had an attitude and was moving at her own pace the whole time, and I didn’t do anything to warrant it—that just seemed to be her vibe. Never again, Potbelly.
