I was picking up an order and told the employee my name and she said they're still working on it. I said thank you, and over 10 minutes later I realize the order has been sitting on the counter for who knows how long and I wasn't informed and when I asked is this my order, I was brushed off and I said you could have communicated with me and I was told by the employee, "I don't have to communicate." Prime rib sandwich is great
Made my sandwich incorrectly. The toppings lady was repeatedly very rude when I brought it to her attention.
