Great food and service.
One of the best locations ever. Legendary customer service. After a delivery service messed up our order and would not fix it, the manager intervened and invited us in for a whole new meal. He said, "You should not have to come to us like this, and we are going to make this a very positive experience for the both of you." I cannot thank Potbelly and it's staff enough for its hospitality and responsiveness.
