I ordered the Italian. This is what I got. It didnt used to be like this. Zero veggies on this and missing meat as well. Its like half the thickness. For this price - never again!
Good burgers and excellent service
I have always passed this restaurant and I finally took a chance to order one of their sandwiches. My boyfriend and I ordered the Mama's Meatballs and the Italian sandwiches, and they were really good. Ordering was easy and pickup was seamless. Most of all, their sandwiches were delicious. More than we expected as a sandwich shop. If you are looking to buy some footlong sandwiches, they definitely have what you need and more.
I used to love Potbelly but it's gone downhill drastically - at least this one local to me. I ordered a big Wreck on multigrain with no cheese (I have an allergy) and not only did I get cheese on my sandwich but the bread is stale. Super disappointing. Also, in the attached picture: that's not a bite taken out of the bread - it's just that hard, lumpy, and misshapen.
