We placed a pick up order of 6 sandwiches. The correct toppings to include on each were attached to the sandwich bags; however, some of those items were left off of a few of the sandwiches which completely changes the taste of it. A big let down when you don't get what you asked or paid for. I really liked this chain, but will most likely go elsewhere from now on due to the bad service they provided tonight and our disappointment.
The decor made it feel upscale.
Our server gave us extra napkins.
8/10/25- I got the medium size and the overall quality to price was not worth it. The chicken salad was very bland and so dry it sucked the moisture out of your mouth. Even having them add mayo and their garlic sauce to it didn't help because the base chicken salad was a disaster. Ever since Quizno's went the way of the sub dodo, I found it hard to get a toasted sub that felt worth it. Potbelly heard my pleas, came to me in a dream, and proceed to yell its coordinates into my dome. Then I arrived, a clean, rustic eatery awaited me with smells of toasted vread and a cheesey soup.
