I visited potbelly with my family this past weekend and we wanted to enjoy it but this place was TOO HOT! The service was great but it didn’t feel welcoming when you don’t even have working AC. If my family and I felt uncomfortable, can you imagine how the workers must of felt. I had to drive all the way back home to eat my food when all I desired was to eat it in the restaurant. That’s very irresponsible and you should be considerate that we’re in a heatwave. Be better!
Stopped here for lunch and honestly had a really good experience. The sandwiches were fresh, toasted perfectly, and way more flavorful than expected 🥪. Bread tasted fresh, ingredients looked high quality, and the cookies were honestly hard to resist . Staff moved the line pretty quickly and the restaurant itself felt clean and relaxed inside. Atmosphere had a cozy casual vibe that made it easy to sit and enjoy lunch for a while instead of just grabbing food and leaving. Definitely one of the better sandwich spots around.
Today i came in for my usual sandwich, i always request if they can add onions before toasting my sandwich. Michael suggested it would be even better if he toasted it on the side and then add it in my sandwich for a better flavor. He then went the above and beyond to finish my order with enthusiasm!! I love people who love their job and what they do! and he definitely was right, the onions tasted wayyy better in my sandwich. Thank youuu I’ll be back :)
