Terrible experience. I had ordered at 5:08, got in there at 5:20. No workers even acknowledged me, I told them I had a pick up order, and didn't get the food until 5:50! I even asked for a refund but the process was very long the woman had said. One worker had clocked in and didn’t even put on gloves or wash his hands before starting his shift. I’m even missing one of my chips!
Placed an online order for 3:15 pickup saw 2 sandwiches ready by 3:15 had to wait 10 min and watch customer who came in after order and get there sandwiches before mine was finished. When I asked I was told would I like a cookie. I said I want my sandwich which was due 10 min ago. And was given a blank stare. I will not be going back anytime soon.
I had a great experience at this Potbelly! Kimberly was especially helpful, friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right with my order. Thanks, Kimberly, for making my visit even better!
Nice location, generous sized dining area and courteous kind staff.
