I'm so disappointed. After a long day of work and on a hot summer night I had a taste for an Oreo Shake. The Potbelly closest to me is located at 15901 Harlem Ave, Tinley Park, IL 60477. They close at 9pm. I arrived at 8:54pm and was told they stopped making shakes at 8:45pm!?!?! I was told to drive another 10 minutes to the Orland Park location since they close at 10pm. This location could use a more efficient staff- better work ethic, little more training. I’ve had few bad experiences.
Good and the service was great 👍🏿
As soon as you walk in there was garbage everywhere, on tables , floors, there was no one eating at the time, the two kids working there seemed bothered. By far the worst potbelly I been to.
