We had an appalling experience at Potbelly. The staff was incredibly rude from start to finish, and the entire situation was handled with zero professionalism. Part of our order was wrong—I had explicitly requested no onions. When I brought this to the manager's attention, instead of simply correcting the mistake, she demanded that we prove it to her by showing her the onions. My mom decided to take me here before I leave for college but was disappointed when she found out that they took the roast beef sub off the menu. Santino, who was serving us, was very thoughtful and tried fixing the issue the best he could. Santino made our visit worth it and helped my mom use her potbelly app to checkout and pay.
