TLDR: sandwich, broccoli cheddar soup, cookie, and shake were all amazing!! Staff was not. I almost never leave bad reviews, but I have to on this one since they refused to let me use an offer I received via email from Potbelly. My husband and I went to the Tinley Park location last January for the first time and had a great experience. Muy buen servicio
I usually get good service at this location. But today December 10th, 2025, a young man was at the load station. And he gave me some very unneeded attitude. I could hear him moaning and groaning from the back before he came out to help me, then once arriving to help me get my sandwiches he gave me some unneeded attitude. He said something and when I asked “pardon?” He said “nah not you” then when I asked for an original sandwich on regular bread he said “what’s regular?”. Food was good service was quick
Tried the prime rib steak sandwich and was greeted promptly and rung out by Alison. Very clean facility and great smells!
