First time at Potbelly in 30 Rockefeller Center, and Richard made the experience great! Super friendly, fast, and made sure my order was perfect. Awesome service — I’ll definitely be back!

Me and my boyfriend visited last Friday while we were in New York. WOW! Service was attentive and amazing. Food was so good, it's the thing I'm going to get the most. The food is perfect if yo're traveling and need something good, simple, and hearty. Get the baked potato soup, you won't regret it! Not a lot of sitting room but that feels mostly a consequence of the location.
