Good food but store is way understaffed, my online order was ready and sitting on the back shelf but had to wait 15 minutes for them to hand it to me as only 2 people couldn't keep up with the deluge of orders
I work nearby and have been going to this Potbelly for almost 3 years, and the lunchtime staff is awesome! They're friendly even in the Midtown rush, and the sandwiches are always perfect.
The sandwich bread was soft.
