Worst sandwich I’ve ever had in NY. Looks like the guy drenched my sandwich in the hot pepper jar, it’s full of oil + sneezed on over my food…
So gross. The beef is so fatty, huge fat cap, cut way too thick and isn’t tender at all. Very plastic tasting. Good example of a poorly executed chain restaurant.
Decent sandwich chain and pricing but I've had issues with rude staff and confusion with soup orders.
Food tasted great had the Pizza Melt, the costumer service was fantastic. My only issue is the actual size of the Hero, kinda was hoping for a BIG hero when i got the Big. Felt more like a regular, dont know if thats because of recent events but overall every else was good.
