This review is based on the obnoxious service that my GF just received at 8:30pm, 1.5 hours before this shop allegedly closes at 10pm. She arrived to order two sandwiches and the individuals behind the counter angrily told her that they were closing soon and to go somewhere else. I understand if the store needs to close early for one reason or another, but try not to be disrespectful to someone who is arriving well within your posted hours.

직원들이 불친절합니다. 들어갔는데 청소하는지 아무럴 말도 없고 1-2분 정도 메뉴판 보고 있으니까 그때서야 주문 할거냐고 물어보고 뭐주문할건지 물어보고 말도 잘들리지 않을정도로 작게 얘기하고 다시 물어보니까 짜증나는 식으로 얘기하더군요. 음식은 나쁘진 않으나 고객응대는 최악 입니다. 뉴욕 생활에 찌든 스트레스는 알겠으나 서비스직에 근무하는 태도는 빵점입니다.

We were regular customers at this location for about a year, usually visiting three times a week for our lunch breaks. After an uncomfortable interaction with one employee at the ingredients section, we submitted feedback through customer service and were told it would be shared with management. We were also compensated with coupons, which we appreciated.
