Sadly this location is always a hit or miss. Today I could hear staff members speaking to each other via the drive through speaker and it did not sound work related. No biggie. Took my order with specific ingredients, got to the window they gave me the wrong bag of chips. Had to wait without an apology to get the correct one. Noticed that my ingredients list was incorrect. Spoke with Lisa bc my sandwich order was wrong from the previous day. She was so nice and accommodating. She replaced the order with no issue and was super pleasant. Definitely recommend this place, the sandwiches are always fresh and the cookies are great too!
So this is coming from a former alumni of Potbelly 07’ I ordered my food online to get it ready before we arrived, it’s a long day for us and was hoping to stop and eat. Went her yesterday for lunch. The African American lady was nasty and rude. I had to repeat myself over and over again because she couldn’t remember my topping because she was too busy having side conversation. She was huffing, puffing, and giving me attitude. At the end she pretty much toss me my food and said “you want a bag” I said yes please. She toss the bag to me and walked away. I don’t appreciate that at all. By the way I’m African American too. Unfortunately, the food quality was less than satisfactory. The churro milkshake barely tasted like anything. I asked for extra garlic aoli on the sandwich and got no sauce and the ingredients seemed like they could of been a little more fresh. The salad so far seems fresh. And the potato soup was ok but I remember it at one point being "loaded" and having some bacon in it?
