After working for potbelly for 3 years 2011-2015 I expected TOP notch customer service. Ooooooo weeee, have things changed! Customer service was soooo bad. Even felt bad for the girl with the online ordee that showed up after me. Order was not done and she had to go through the line! Like what was the point of her ordering online anyway? Then the lady behind me went to the POS next to where i was checking out and she was told " im off the clock" like not even a "im so sorry im already off i have no register but she will help... read more
