I frequent potbelly's as they make delicious sandwiches. The is particular location is my favorite. It's close enough to the bustling Rice Village, but far enough away that it doesn't feel over crowded. The staff is friendly and helpful. There's another location not too far from this one, and I've never felt a welcoming vibe like I do at this location. There are plenty of classic and signature sandwiches to choose from. I went there yesterday to get a sandwich and the young lady that helped me was very kind and nice. As I was getting ready to pay I was having so much trouble with my payment (error on my end). She was so patient with me and accommodating. I hate i didn't get her name
