Waited 30 mind is line for them to get to our sandwiches. Felt bad for one coworker taking on more work than the other. Our sandwiches were over toasted. My order was put in another customer's bag.

We ordered sandwiches last night, there were three black curly hairs in my daughter’s sandwich sandwich. There are pictures of two of the hairs, one of the three was spit out after my daughter took her first bite with it. That’s did it for us. It’s a bummer because I considered potbelly’s higher quality.
This place has messed up my order more times than I can count, not putting any toppings on it etc. Then today my delivery order didn’t seem to process as normal/didnt provide tracking and was late. I called this store asking for help on the order and they said they couldn’t help and hung up on me. Incredibly rude.
