This place has messed up my order more times than I can count, not putting any toppings on it etc. Then today my delivery order didn’t seem to process as normal/didnt provide tracking and was late. I called this store asking for help on the order and they said they couldn’t help and hung up on me. Incredibly rude.
First time here, and the place is amazing. Amazing staff and amazing food.
Food Poisoning!!! They did something to my food!! Definitely going to make this an issue!! Update: This me, how much they care about the customers and food handling safety at this place. Someone replied to my review and submitted a bogus link for me. That took me to a bogus link I called in to talk to a manager and I was gaslighted the whole conversation, basically telling me I don’t know what food poisoning is or not, and I could be mistaken as if I don’t know what I ate and where I ate it from. Incredibly rude service. Took 45 minutes to make 3 sandwiches and acted offended and dismissive when I asked how much longer it would be after 30 minutes had passed.
