I ordered two chicken sandwiches with provolone cheese, but I received two chicken sandwiches with bacon and cheddar cheese. I am allergic to pork. I don't like to complain—even though my order has been wrong on several occasions—but today I have to: I DO NOT EAT BACON; I DID NOT ORDER BACON.
This restaurant repeatedly gets my order wrong. I tried to call and no one ever answers
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. We ordered sandwiches for take out while working from home. I sat down to eat my sweet heat pork BBQ sandwich to discover the sadest sandwich I have ever seen. See attached photo. It was missing the majority of ingredients listed on the basic sandwich. No BBQ sauce on my BBQ sandwich, no pickles, no cheese on most of it. All it had was pork and a burnt bun. Delicious sammies and shakes! Gotta take one star away tho. You guys have an employee who INSISTS you tell him the entire list of toppings for your sandwich at once, and he messes it up every time. If I see him working, I keep walking
