Decided to try out Potbelly today. So glad I did. 1st time there. Everyone was super friendly. The food was amazing. Beats subway & jimmy John's out of the water. They aren't even close. Will definitely be back. The food was hot & fresh. The sandwich had a lot of meat on it. Check it out if you're looking for a sub shop. They also had huge salads that looked amazing
I tried Potbelly's for the first and maybe the last time today. I ordered the chicken club. The sandwich had a good flavor to it. Some of the bacon was raw, very skimpy on the chicken. My wife and I spent over $30 on food and expect it to be edible.
They either gave me the wrong order or it was the worst Italian sandwich I’ve ever had.
I wanna leave this review on behalf of my mother. We have NEVER had problems with this particular store before, up until tonight. To begin with, we ordered a prime rib sandwich, a cheddar broccoli soup with bacon & cheese, plus 2 sodas online. When she got to the drive thru, she was met with an aggressive employee (assumedly, his name is Brian). He flew the windows open, raised his voice, and shoved a sandwich & an ice cold soup. I ordered a Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich with chicken and somehow bacon ended on my sandwich so I took it back and I talked to the manager and he was nice enough to replace my sandwich as well as give me a coupon for the next time!
