I want to first off state that two of these reviews are complete lies because I was a witness to both of them. Karina S has lied about the employee being rude, she in fact herself was completely rude to all the employees the people who were with her were extremely obnoxious and loud and when they were at the cashier they decided to add a shake and got upset because they were explained to that for future reference they should order shakes where they order their food so it would be ready for them. Potbelly is my favorite. But this location had a rude employee that goes by cat.
I was so excited to try my Italian sandwich, but when I unwrapped my sandwich I found two long hairs, I was so disgusted that I couldn't eat it, I don't think I will go to this location again.
At this point I'm done with this location. I love Potbelly's food, but this location never consistently prepares it and doesn't seem to pay attention to orders. 1/11/25 @ 8-9:30 I ordered Mac and Chees with bacon and bread crumbles and a Wreck original with bacon and double meat. The bacon and double meat weren't on my sandwhich and the mac and cheese got a spinkle of the breading and bacon as well as being watery. As expensive as potbelly is I expect it to live up to it's quality standards and this location doesn't seem to ... read more
