Ordered through the Potbelly app for delivery. Estimated time was 8:30pm on the app and then I was sent a text that my order would arrive by 8:14pm, then it changed to 8:21pm. Then no more updates. The link in the text allowed me to see the driver name and number; so at 8:15pm I called to see how close the driver was because I have to meet them in the parking garage. No answer. I’m disappointed with the service we received today at the Potbelly location at National Harbor. My son and I stopped by, as we often do, but today’s experience left a bad impression. There was a customer ahead of us placing a large order, so we patiently waited our turn. The employee behind the counter kept his head down the entire time without acknowledging us. 2025 update: Still amazing! Still my favorite sandwich chain and still my favorite Potbelly location. Absolutely delicious. Original 2022 review: I love Potbelly sandwiches and this location is great. Great selection of delicious food with quick, friendly staff and a great view of the harbor.
