2025 update: Still amazing! Still my favorite sandwich chain and still my favorite Potbelly location. Absolutely delicious. Original 2022 review: I love Potbelly sandwiches and this location is great. Great selection of delicious food with quick, friendly staff and a great view of the harbor.
Did an online order. Was done promptly with everything labeled and correct. Staff was helpful. Family all devoured their food. I had a salad and it was one of the better take out salads I've had. Exactly what we needed! Will be back.

Terrible service. I’m a tourist here on vacation and I don’t speak much English. The staff were extremely rude and had no willingness to help us. The woman at the register was especially disrespectful and impolite. I never want anyone to go through an experience like this
