Whoever Hayden and Chris was on shift were extremely extremely rude. They were very dismissive and acted as if they did not want me to be there. One had their AirPods in and acted as if they couldn’t hear me. I love potbelly and this was an extremely disappointing experience for me. Will not be returning to this location, I’d rather drive the extra mile to get better service elsewhere.
The Google rating should definitely be higher here at this potbelly sandwich shop. The food is fresh and good, the menu well-thought-out, and the staff is always very nice and helpful. They greet you when you come in, and they are always in a good mood even when there are a lot of orders. A+++
My family and I have been going to this store for years and always had the best experience. However, I had a very disappointing experience at the Potbelly in Southlake yesterday . My daughter and I came in to order sandwiches, and from the moment we walked up, the employee serving us did not greet us or acknowledge us in a friendly way. Got 2 sandwiches and a wrap and they were delicious!!!! The employees were really nice and the customer service was 5 stars!
