We had ordered a veggie medettatian sandwich while ordering we mentioned 4 times no meat/ chicken cause we are vegetarian. But we found a chicken piece in our sandwich.
They messed up our ENTIRE ORDER... we ordered chips and cookies and got none. The sandwiches weren't finished, they switched the ingredients on half the sandwiches including putting meat on four veggie sandwiches. I love potbelly. I also love when they get my order right. I don't love this potbelly and i certainly won't be coming back anytime soon. My vegan friends are hungry. Give me a refund. I used to go here a lot, but recently the quality of the sandwich-making and lack of basic customer service skills are noticeable. They really need to step it up over there! -Update: They are back! Maybe the review above helped. Today my sandwich was great and the staff were professional. Thanks for addressing this!
The person taking my order had earbuds in while working, and unsurprisingly, they messed up my order—probably because they were paying more attention to whatever was in their ears than to the customer. Then the same person cashed me out and made my sandwich, using the same gloves for both handling money and food. Seriously, what is going on at this place? That’s a clear hygiene violation and just plain gross.
