Walked in to place an order and told I need to place an order through the app. Chipotle got my $80 order. I guess they don’t want money.
The service is always slow at the location. Some of the people working here seem very nonchalant and it takes such a long time to get your order. The line was super long; I almost left. It took almost 20 minutes! 😞 The guy working during lunch time was very efficient though
The food was un acceptable on every level. My bacon was burnt black, my sandwich sloppy and the audacity to overcharge for bad food is beyond me. Never again. Highly do not recommend.
My wife and I ordered salads for dinner one night here through Uber Eats and it was a huge mistake. We got the House Salads with chicken on them and the chicken was rotten and smelled like fish. The chicken genuinely smelled worse than my cat’s food, and that stuff makes me gag when I open a can. We have eaten here in the past without issues, but we have no plans on ordering from here again.
First time writing any negative reviews but male clerk was extremely rude when answering my questions. Like extremely rude and hostile. I didn’t sense any greeting nor welcoming.
