I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service I experienced during a recent call regarding catering. The interaction was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. we were waited in by a friendly staff who made great sandwiches. Can't beat that!
3/10/26: Went in today around 7pm or a bit later to get a big Wreck with chips and drink and a big sweet heat bbq pork, the bill was $32.8 and the subs were around 6 inch each with very small amount of meat/topping. The table was dirty. The white cashier was rude, asking “what did you guys got” and not even a thank you. Waited 10 minutes with nobody in line and nobody would take my order. B three people behind the counter all busy not waiting on anyone. Got up and left. After all Jersey Mike's is right across the street
To start off, the restaurant was extremely unclean. Everything stuck to the tables and the back of the booth seats and there were words "carved" into the filth on the table. Then, our food order was incorrect and items were missing. After getting that reconciled, we attempted to eat the food. The sandwich should have been a prime rib sandwich with Swiss cheese, sautéed onions, and garlic aoli. It ended up being a garlic aoli sandwich with prime rib, Swiss, and raw onions.
