I let you guys know about my experience thru the website about a week ago but never heard back. I love potbelly and love how close it is to my house. Unfortunately after my experience I’m not sure if I’ll be back…….. I walked into the store, no other customers, and NO employee upfront except one on their break, who was taking a nap. Always a great place to come for lunch and the staff has always been friendly. Their sandwiches are among my favorite and when my wife forgot to ask for avocado they gave us some to put on it which was really nice. Id recommend if youre looking for a quick bite!
Andrew and the crew sooo friendly. Food fresh and appetising, simply great.
Went there on BOGOF day as there was a deal posted but was told no have to be rewards member and not just sign up but prior to that day so walked out! Deals like that should be something to pull someone in ro rat not just to walk out when the deal has stipulations not in the posts :(
