Staff was very helpful and patient. Food is always wonderful!
How is this place still in business??? I have never been more shocked or disappointed in a food place like this before. How is it legal to have photos up on their website and menu and this is what they serve???
It has been a while since we’ve been to Potbelly’s since the one near us closed down. Well, it’s going to be even longer before we come back. Slow service! We were the only people in line when we arrived. It took us 30 minutes to get 6 sandwiches. Yeah. You read that right. The hungover person on toppings was barely audible and looked angry when we asked him to repeat himself, which he did just as quiet and droney as before. Would absolutely never order here again. My sandwich was supposed to include 4 cuts of meat and cheese instead it included theee slices of pepperoni and nothing else. Clearly the staff didn’t feel like making this order.
