Genuinely so disappointed as I have great memories of eating here when I lived in Minnesota. Sandwich, (the Awreck) looked nothing like advertised and came with zero fresh elements such as the arugula that should’ve been included. Legitimately a few slices of meat and cheese- that’s it! No Mayo or sauce to make up for the dry quality either. Mac and cheese was cooked so far past al dente it qualifies as baby food. Definitely not the Potbelly’s I remember. I got Uber ears expecting to at least get my order right. I knew it would be expensive. But they didn't get anything right. No toppings at all thought I was charged for them. Even the cookie was the wrong kind. I will
So many people are complaining about their website not working and the fact that the sandwiches don't come with toppings by default, but I don't see any changes? I am trying to order some catering, but it's turned into the biggest hassle. I keep getting an error message that says, "Your order could not be processed. Please try again or change order type."
