The app showed my order was being prepared, so I went into the store. I then waited about 15 minutes before anyone told me they hadn’t even started it—they only began after noticing I’d been standing there for a while. They also went past the estimated ready time because they kept prioritizing in‑store orders over online ones. The app should reflect accurate timing, and online orders shouldn’t be treated as second‑class.
We went to the Sandy UTAH location on 8/17/24. Absolutely terrible service. Terrible. Food was good but again absolutely terrible service. Extremely rude, disrespectful and disgusting people. Unbelievable experience. I will never step foot in this disgusting establishment again. Wish I could give it stars but this will have to do. Do yourself a favor and don't eat here. For real. They gave my food to the wrong person and refused to remake it for me. The manager wasn’t present in the store and they had no curtesy at all. I’m too pregnant for this. Honestly it’s a sandwich and some soup and you couldn’t remake one order? Pathetic
My wife and I love the sandwiches here. One of our favorites. We hate that the one closer to our house closed. Despite some criticism coming, we still love the place and will likely always be customers. But my gripes today was that nearly all tables hadn’t been cleaned. We had to do it. Food is as good as subway. Not impressed for what I spent, $22 for a streak sub and a coldbrew sake. Both where nothing special. Staff had headphones when at the counter and not really paying attention.
