We had mostly stopped going to Potbelly except for the Humble location because other stores near us were disappointing — but this visit completely changed our minds. We stopped here since it was rush hour and we live in Midtown, it turned out to be the best Potbelly experience we’ve had. My Veggie Melt was perfect — easily the best I’ve ever been served. Super clean! Abby and don were super sweet and attentive. Abby recommended the What kind of sandwich did she say that was the Sicilian and wow that was amazing! Don was sweet and walked us to our table, we had our newborn with us. Definitely will visit back this location
