Order ahead of time based on our ETA. I should have made it a few minutes earlier. Orders are not always done exactly on time and we arrived a few minutes early.
We always order from here via uber. Today we went to dine in but left. The floors are filthy, the workers are miserable. Not a good sign.
Hospitality is key for me and I will say thus far The staff at this location shows great hospitality and customer service ! Delaine was so polite and knowledgeable while speaking with her regarding my order....she pushed through with understanding to assure customer satisfaction with a professional attitude ! The teenager doesn’t have respect for people with disabilities. He laughed behind my back.He is the one with curly hair, was rude when I couldn’t speak loud enough saying with attitude, “ I can’t hear you” and the expression on his face was also like “ don’t waste my time and get out of here”and argued about not being the correct name on the order while he couldn’t read the tag himself.
