Excellent customer services, the staff is frienly, patience and helpful. Clean counter top and food prep area, average wait time about 5-8 minutes.

People in this store don't care that it takes them 20 minutes to make a sandwich... Ridiculous... I guess if you have that much time to waste waiting for fools to make a sandwich

My order was made wrong and when I called the store to report the issue the man who claimed to be a manager just mocked me and literally hung up in my face… when I called back a Hispanic girl answered and just handed the phone back to him to which he just hung up in my face again.

I always liked the Big Wreck. I ordered takeout yesterday and gave them plenty of time. When I got there they said that they were still “working on it “. Then the guy threw a sandwich on the counter and the girl called my name. When I got it home there was way too much lettuce and hardly any meat. I had to remove lettuce just to be able to eat it. This place has definitely gone down. I will go elsewhere from now on.

Sunday, August 9th, 1:38 PM. This is my personal opinion: Drove out from Pearland because I craved Potbelly. Guy with dark skin, glasses and a mustache had a very poor attitude and mood. Would not even greet me. And was irritated that he had to tell me the type of bread I wanted. I told him to cancel the order and very sarcastically said “okay”. Should not be customer-facing. Very unprofessional.
