I was having a small wedding with friends. I talked to Tanisha the manager two weeks before the wedding to place my order for sandwiches chips and cookies. The owner of this establishment Brent, is a horrible human being to work for. He will fire you for his mistakes, he is always firing someone so that he can throw the blame as to why the business is doing bad, when at the end of it all, it is his bad decision making that is causing the business to suffer. If you like supporting an owner that takes advantage of its workers and provides no worker benefits, keep buying food here.
I have not eaten at potbelly I was out and about and hungry and wanted to try a familiar sandwich. Joke was on me, the young girl who made my sandwich was not gonna add the avocado until I said something. Fast forward I started eating my sandwich on my way home, started eating something weird and I looked its avocado skin. Smh. We order here at least 2 a month. We ordered today and the sandwich was sloppy and wet! They added too much sauce and the ingredients were hanging out the sandwich instead of on the sandwich! Very disappointed in today’s order!
