Great tasting sandwiches. Delicious chicken salad with bacon added on a toasted wheat bun. Perfectly done! Friendly staff. Quick sevice. Great location. Clean dining area.
Terrible experience at Potbelly! I had an awful experience here. My sandwich was made wrong with bacon even though I specifically said I can’t eat pork. When I asked for it to be fixed, the manager (short African American woman) working was extremely rude and unprofessional — she raised her voice, used profanity, and gave me a hard time instead of helping. Absolutely amazing food and amazing customer service. Come check this location out 🫶🫶🫶
27 minutes late on expected time ready for just 2 sandwiches and 2-3 other customers. One worker was angry I asked for help. On top of that, a customer who finally got their food almost hit my car in the parking lot. Can’t believe I’d experience this in sugar land
