I have been a long time customer at this location and everything was fine. The staff are friendly and the sandwiches are usually good. But they forgot to put meat on my chicken sandwich. I found out and immediately called. They promised me a refund. But after another call and more than 1 week later I still don’t see it on my credit card statement. Very frustrating. Edit: the manager was super helpful. After an in person visit (to buy sandwich) he quickly helped us get the money back.
I went through the drive through just now and the employee didnt say anything. I was giving them a moment thinking they were busy. After a few hello's she took my order. I pull up to the drive through window and she handed me my order and didnt say anything. As good as the food is, please work on your customer service.
