The level of inconsistency in this location is insane. Half the time my order is right the other half it’s wrong. They may or may not give you what you ordered, it may or may not have all the toppings you asked for. I asked for extra mayo and mustard since the sandwiches have been dry lately, and now they have been putting an entire bottle of may and mustard on my sandwich and no peppers. Sandwich was not need and tidy like most potbelly. Also not cut in half. Sloppy sandwich style. People come here for a nicely made tight sandwich
They make their sandwiches inedible, was a horrible experience and I recommend to everyone they should never eat here due to poor sandwich making
