I’ve noticed that some employees from Potbelly are going to the bathroom while still wearing their aprons. This does not seem very hygienic and could be considered a food safety concern. Aprons should be removed before entering the restroom to help maintain cleanliness and proper health standards in the workplace.
I had an online order and the apps showed the order is ready. But the store said it was still being prepared when I went for pickup with no explanation on why the apps showed as ready. I waited for over 30 minutes for the pick up. This is such a bad customer service. I am a regular here but this left a very bad experience.
