It might be time for me to stop ordering salads. Any time I have customized them at all (removed items, swapped items, added a dressing,) they have been made incorrectly.

Ordered an Italian and the dude prepping the sandwich lost his mind and slammed a door because he had to go grab more ingredients for my sandwich in the back. Didn't realize it was that big of a deal. The other dude was friendly though.

I eat at this location 2 or 3 times a week because of the location convenience and I typically ask for a cup of water with my sandwich because I dont want to drink soda. Every time I asked for water, they gave me a cup. Today when I asked for water, the guy said "we don't do cups of water anymore". This will be the last time I eat there.

I try to be incredibly gracious when writing reviews, but I do have to point out a major flaw at this location. To start on a positive note, I typically order through the app for pickup as I work at an office in the building, and it is always warm and ready to go at the dedicated time! However, I don't think I have received a single order that was made correctly. cheers to the person below who mentioned the service here is awful. I use a scooter and can tell the guys making the food don't like that. they are rude and stop being friendly when they see me. this has happened a number of times. I'm not going back.
