I really like Potbelly, but this is not a good one: slow service, they constantly mess up orders, all the employees look miserable working here. My advice - Find another Potbelly location.
There's not a lot of seating, so good luck during the lunch rush.
They have drive thru!
They forgot my sandwich so I had to wait. They ended up buying me my sandwich which I thought was so nice!! Props for customer service
